Cancellation policy

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. This includes goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as freshly made and freezer bait.

Perishable Products

Orders containing freshly rolled boilies, freezer baits or other perishable products cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or delivered.

If you wish to cancel an order for perishable goods before it has been manufactured or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Non-Perishable Products

Orders for non-perishable products may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the nature of the goods purchased and the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact the Mindset Baits customer service team by email, quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, as orders are processed quickly and we may be unable to stop production or dispatch once work has commenced.
