Shipping Information
Fresh & Freezer Baits
All orders containing fresh or freezer baits are dispatched using a trusted next-day courier service wherever possible. This helps minimise transit time and ensures your bait arrives in the freshest possible condition.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take up to 7 working days. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that freezer baits and other frozen products are not dispatched on Fridays, as they could remain in the courier network over the weekend, affecting product quality.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card or provide details of how to rearrange delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier promptly using the information provided to arrange a suitable redelivery or collection.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for freezer or frozen products that spoil due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or because the customer has failed to rearrange delivery in time. In these circumstances, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
