Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mindset Baits, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As many of the items we supply are perishable, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your order.

If you believe there is a problem with your bait, please email our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product. We will assess the situation promptly and work with you to find a fair solution.

If we determine that the product is faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose, we will, at our discretion, offer either:

  • A full refund.
  • A replacement product.
  • An alternative solution where appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We may arrange for the goods to be collected for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been stored incorrectly, misused, or where delivery has been unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will always do our best to resolve any genuine issues quickly and fairly.
