Welcome to Mindset Baits. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take 7–10 working days. While this is uncommon, we will notify you if your order is likely to be delayed.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering your bait well in advance, particularly during peak fishing seasons.

Freshly Rolled Freezer Baits

If you require freshly rolled freezer bait for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will advise the next available production date and do our best to meet your requirements.

Order Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

While we can advise the expected delivery date, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, as this is determined by the courier.

Packaging of Frozen Products

All freezer bait is carefully packed using insulated packaging and protective materials to help maintain product quality during transit. Orders are collected by our courier late in the day to minimise the amount of time frozen products are out of cold storage.

Product Availability

We pride ourselves on using high-quality, fresh ingredients in all of our products.

Occasionally, due to seasonal availability, supplier shortages, natural variations or circumstances beyond our control, certain ingredients may become unavailable or be substituted with an equivalent ingredient of equal quality.

As a result, the colour, texture or appearance of some products may vary slightly between batches. These natural variations do not affect the performance or quality of the bait.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
