FUSION Wafters are balanced hookbaits built to sit subtly over your feed, carrying the same clean fish and krill food signal as the FUSION boilies, with natural feeding triggers and subtle spice–citrus notes.

Each wafter is balanced to counteract the weight of your hook, so the bait behaves like a free offering and moves naturally with minimal resistance – encouraging confident takes on pressured venues.

Fresh & Freezer Baits

All orders containing fresh or freezer baits are dispatched using a trusted next-day courier service wherever possible. This helps minimise transit time and ensures your bait arrives in the freshest possible condition.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take up to 7 working days. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that freezer baits and other frozen products are not dispatched on Fridays, as they could remain in the courier network over the weekend, affecting product quality.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card or provide details of how to rearrange delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier promptly using the information provided to arrange a suitable redelivery or collection.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for freezer or frozen products that spoil due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or because the customer has failed to rearrange delivery in time. In these circumstances, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mindset Baits®, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As many of the items we supply are perishable, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your order.

If you believe there is a problem with your bait, please email our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product. We will assess the situation promptly and work with you to find a fair solution.

If we determine that the product is faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose, we will, at our discretion, offer either:

• A full refund.
• A replacement product.
• An alternative solution where appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We may arrange for the goods to be collected for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been stored incorrectly, misused, or where delivery has been unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will always do our best to resolve any genuine issues quickly and fairly.
